What You'll Do

As our Business Office Assistant , you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and assisting residents with billing questions
Managing records, invoices, and insurance documentation
Supporting payroll and HR functions
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Keeping the office organized, efficient, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic accounting practices
A positive attitude and team spirit
Passion for serving the senior community
