This is a unique opportunity to gain visibility across all facets of the business while working on meaningful, fast-paced initiatives that shape the future of our client.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Post-Acquisition Stabilization
  • Coordinate and support efforts related to organizational alignment, communication, and operational integration post-acquisition.
  • Track progress against stabilization goals and help resolve cross-functional blockers.
  • Maintain momentum on priority items and ensure follow-through on key decisions.
2. Strategic Project Execution
  • Drive execution of special projects and initiatives across product, marketing, operations, content, and partnerships.
  • Ensure timely delivery and clear accountability on high-priority programs.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.

  • Drive internal communications, leadership meetings, and business planning rhythms.
4. Thought Partnership & Leadership Support
  • Serve as a thought partner to the General Manager —synthesizing inputs, surfacing issues, and offering solutions.
  • Anticipate needs, prepare briefing materials, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive issues with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
Who You Are:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, including experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or in a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, ideally during periods of transformation or growth.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Passionate about kids, education, and making a lasting impact.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in consulting, edtech, consumer subscription, or media platforms.
  • Familiarity with post-merger integration workstreams.
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred
