Concrete Project Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

The Client : We are currently working with a well-established commercial concrete and masonry contractor in the Tampa, FL area. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and is actively growing! Our Client specializes in performing ground-up concrete construction for commercial projects.

The Position: Our Client is looking to add a Project Manager/ Superintendent to their team to oversee all our projects, foremen, and field crews. The person who fills this role will also need to take lead and run a crew on our Client's most prominent projects and any other projects whenever necessary. Our Client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• Salary $100,000 - $130,000
• 1 Week Paid Vacation
• 6 Paid Holidays
• Sick Days

Responsibilities:

• 40 Hour Work Week
• Some Saturdays May be Required
• Oversee 25 Crew Members
• Oversee 3 Building Projects

Requirements:

• Concrete industry experience is required ; Masonry experience is preferred, but our client is willing to train in this area.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
• Must have a superior understanding of commercial drawings and specifications.
• Must have an exceptional ability to layout and verify critical components.
• Must be Company and Team minded.
• Must have the ability to plan and forecast the needs for multiple field crews.
• Must have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
