Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the CEO
  
• Receive and sort emails
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication virtually
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• 1 + year of customer service experience preferred
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
