Cut and Plow Services in Milwaukee, is looking for great Driver In-Training, to join our strong team. We are willing to train the right person. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, willing to learn new skills and engaged to help others. Pay is based on attitude, not experience. Responsibilities

• Be punctual to start your shift
• Drive safely in various weather conditions
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
• Follow all company, local and State Snow plow driving laws
• Complete and maintain driver logs and reports
• Do daily safety check on truck, all equipment and plow control links
• Be attentive to customers needs
• Monitor weather conditions, to ensure if a second plow run is needed mid afternoon

Qualifications

• Have good running car, to get to and from Truck Depot location
• Have own winter weather gear
• Safe driving record, with No DUI or accidents in the last two years
• Valid Driver's License
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work well under little to no supervision
• Able to be trained and use, lawn mowers, edger's, air-blowers, Snow Blower, Salt Brine Sprayers, Snow Brush, Electric shovels
• Work well with others
