Your Role:

• Conduct escrow closings for residential purchases and refinances with precision and professionalism.
• Lead the title clearance process, efficiently resolving issues to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Celebrate with clients during champagne toast closings, creating a memorable and fun experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
• Serve as a leader in the office, mentoring team members and ensuring top-tier service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in escrow closings with expertise in title clearance.
• Licensing: Indiana Title Agent and Notary credentials required.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SoftPro is a plus.
• Customer Service Focus: A dedication to creating a positive, celebratory client experience.
• Professionalism: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
