MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to fill an opening at a nutritional bar manufacturing company in Los Alamitos, CA .

Schedule: 3rd

Monday – Sunday, 10:00pm – 6:30am, with OT as required

Days vary – must be flexible and open to working weekends.

Requirements for Forklift Operator:

• 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including rapid-paced work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must have steel toe shoes – other PPE provided on site.
• Prior experience in roles such as Sit-Down Forklift Operator, Forklift Driver, Material Handler, Warehouse Loader, Dock Worker, or Forklift Technician is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Load and unload containers of finished goods and raw materials
• Manually lift and stack boxes up to 30 lbs. as needed
• Move inventory to designated storage areas using a sit-down forklift
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to avoid contamination
• Mandatory OT may be required up to 2 hours per day
