Two of the first four were very obviously using AI- some pre screening would prevent this type of candidate from coming through. Eric was okay but seemingly not as strong as Sridevi. I thought Sridevi was good but the feedback from round two is the following:
we feel she may not be the best fit for the role we are currently looking to fill. During our conversation, she had some difficulty articulating her current projects, and her responses were somewhat unclear to the scenario based technical questions.
Required Qualifications
10+ years enterprise / web / cloud applications software development experience
5+ years experience in Developing Java applications in Spring boot, Spring MVC
3+ years experience in Creating Angular / React JS UI Applications
5+ years of experience in Building APIs and services using REST
5+ years of experience in Node JS
5+ years of Working knowledge with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages and methodologies
5+ Automation technologies (e.g., Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, etc.)
3+ Building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure
3+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to product/services development and public cloud environment like AWS
Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Education
Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience
