Job Summary

✨ Set the Stage for Every Guest Experience!
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth seating and flow of service. You’ll manage reservations, maintain guest lists, and partner with the service team to deliver a memorable, hospitality-driven experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or restaurant environment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting

• Familiarity with reservation or seating software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Manage guest seating and reservation lists efficiently

• Communicate wait times and service expectations clearly

• Support servers and managers with guest inquiries and requests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry areas

• Uphold Levy standards for hospitality and guest satisfaction
