HR/Admin Specialist job at CTS International Logistics Co., Ltd-EU Region(G) China, US

Job Description

Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
Assist new employee onboarding and resignation process.
First point of contact with employees on HR/Admin-related issues and vendors.
Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments, and create and publish job ads.
Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed.
Brings issues to managers’ notice.
Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
Organize HR/Admin projects, activities and etc.
Ensure legal compliance.
Managing office supplies stock and placing orders, assist Finance Department to manage fixed assets of the company.
Connections with CTS EU branches;
