One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Manager in the United States .
This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative, digital-first environment. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for promotional campaigns that engage expecting and new parents across digital platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, editorial, and analytics teams to drive key performance goals such as user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting consumers with meaningful, personalized experiences.
Accountabilities:
· Develop go-to-market strategies and recurring marketing plans to support user growth and product engagement
· Manage and optimize content calendars across email, push, in-app messaging, and social channels
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals
· Write and edit strategic marketing copy tailored to diverse parenting audiences
· Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and other internal platforms
· Execute A/B tests to refine messaging and improve user engagement
· Report regularly on key performance indicators and recommend data-driven optimizations
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaign management
· Proven track record of hitting CTR and revenue targets through strategic marketing initiatives
· Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in direct response marketing
· Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
· Strong analytical mindset and experience using metrics to inform strategy
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and ability to work across remote teams
