As a Project Operator at Asso.subsea, you will play a significant role in the delivery and execution of subsea projects. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, helping to troubleshoot issues and optimize project workflows while supporting Project Managers in achieving project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of project operations;
Coordinate with various teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operation;
Monitor project milestones and deliverables;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
Provide technical expertise and support during project execution;
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders;
Monitor equipment and operational performance;
Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and risks;
Contribute to project documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Marine Studies, or related field;
Proven experience in a similar role within the subsea or marine industry;
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office;
Willingness to travel to project sites both onshore and offshore;
Valid offshore safety certifications will be an advantage.
