Your Role: Real Estate / M&A Acquisition Analyst

As a vital contributor to our Real Estate and M&A team, you will lead the charge in identifying prime new locations and acquisition opportunities, driving the expansion of WhiteWater's footprint. Your role is pivotal in building our acquisition and development pipeline, managing broker relationships, and steering the entire site selection and acquisition process in alignment with our strategic goals.

• Direct impact: Play a central role in the company's growth, working closely with senior leadership including our Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President of Real Estate, Chief Financial Officer and executive team.
• Multi-faceted experience: Engage in a wide array of tasks from financial analysis, site identification, and contract negotiation to acquisition diligence.
• Strategic influence: Your efforts in market research, competitor analysis, and relationship building will directly shape our expansion strategies.
• Learn from our current Associate to ensure high odds of success.

We're Searching for Someone With:

• A blend of humility and drive, ready to learn and contribute from Day 1.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, complemented by creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with GIS tools.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, demonstrating clear communication, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• A background in Commercial Real Estate and/or M&A, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• A solid foundation or the ability to swiftly master various real estate and GIS software tools, aiming for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
