About this Role

PJ Helicopters is seeking experienced candidates for  Full-Time and Rotational Mechanic  positions working in support of Fire Suppression / Powerline Construction.

What You'll Do

Our A&P base/field mechanics perform a variety of general helicopter maintenance including, but not limited to, detailed aircraft inspections, minor and major repairs and alterations, preventative maintenance, and servicing.

What You'll Bring

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses. Turbine powered helicopter experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of FARs – 91, 133, 135, and 145 a plus. Knowledge, experience, and training in any of the following platforms is preferred: Bell 407, Bell 429, Sikorsky UH-60, MD 500D/E/N/F, and CH-47
• Ability and/or willingness to workdays, nights, weekends, scheduled days off, and on-call during busy periods. Travel is required.
• Pre-employment drug-screening required, as well as ongoing randomized testing.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while maintaining good working relationships with staff, peers, and management.
• Able to work in a highspeed environment.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $45.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
