Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse I role that requires basic computer skills, basic written communication skills, and the ability to operate a forklift while loading and unloading freight.

 

Job Description

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math
  • The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. .
  • Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight
  • Picker and Receiving role

Skills Required

  • 6+ months of related experience, 1-2 years of experience
  • Forklift operations experience, and receiving and picking transactions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanical skills, picking, packing, receiving, forklift
  • Possess basic written communication skills

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Steel-toe boots
  • The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job
  • Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • $19.00/hr.
