The Plant Manager is accountable for strategic operational oversight of a continuous manufacturing operation, including ensuring safety and quality standards, optimizing efficiency, cost management and leading a team of employees to meet the plant and organizational goals. .

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000 and includes a possible 25% STI quarterly incentive bonus and 10% LTI yearly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
